UNC2327, Allosteric PRMT3 Inhibitor

UNC2327 is a potent and selective allosteric protein arginine methyltransferase 3 (PRMT3) inhibitor with IC50 ~ 230 nM. It occupies a novel allosteric binding site and is noncompetitive with both the peptide substrate and cofactor.
